Kawakami appoints Emily Ishida as new executive on aging for Kaua‘i County

Ishida has been a progam specialist at the agency since 2017, overseeing its information and referral program. However, her tenure with the county spans much longer.

The county Department of Public Works and contractor The Cutting-Edge Land Clearing Solutions announced the work is scheduled from 6 to 10 a.m. Thursday and Friday, in the vicinity of Kaumuali‘i Highway, weather permitting.
