Voters have until 7 p.m. Tuesday to drop off their mail-in ballots at nine locations around the island or vote in person at the Election Office in Līhuʻe.

HI5 redemption centers in Kīlauea and Kapa‘a are open, and the schedule for residential refuse pickup is unchanged. The Kaua‘i Bus is operating on its regular schedule and offering free bus service islandwide today. All other county offices and services will resume regular hours Wednesday.

The Keālia Post Office closed earlier this week, and unlike regular mail, the U.S. Postal Service can only deliver a ballot packet to the address on the packet. It cannot be forwarded to another address even if a voter filed a forwarding order.
