Police found and arrested 54-year-old Salvin Hilario, who has no permanent address, at about 8:30 p.m. Feb. 13. He was arrested on several charges, including first-degree negligent injruy.

Kauaʻi Police Department investigators revealed that on Nov. 23, 2023, 38-year-old Robert Monroy entered the bank on Rice Street, approached a bank teller and gave the teller a note saying he was robbing the bank. The note also said he had grenades and no one would get hurt if the teller handed over the money.
