Police found and arrested 54-year-old Salvin Hilario, who has no permanent address, at about 8:30 p.m. Feb. 13. He was arrested on several charges, including first-degree negligent injruy.

Noa Howatt was last seen Feb. 11. He was found dead Feb. 13 near the Kukuiolono Loop Trail. No foul play is suspected. Kaua‘i Police Department extends its condolences to Howatt’s family and loved ones.

26-year-old Isaiah Pongasi-Adric of Anahola was taken into custody during a planned operation to apprehend him and faces multiple charges, including a $50,000 probation revocation.
