To honor the shooting victims at a Nashville elementary school, Hawaiʻi Gov. Josh Green has ordered the U.S. flag and the Hawaiʻi state flag to be flown at half-staff at the State Capitol, all state offices and agencies, and at the Hawaiʻi National Guard.
