All users have full control over their data via the My Data panel. You may access your data controls by clicking the “My Data” link in your profile, or visiting https://data.hubhawaii.com/. This includes the ability to remove any comments, event listings, job listings, classified ads, profile information, and business listings posted through your account.  This also includes the ability to modify your username, password, and email address.   Any data removed via data.hubhawaii.com will be permanently deleted from all databases and caching mechanisms.

To request account deletion, you may also do so through the “Delete My Account” link at https://data.hubhawaii.com. Account and Data deletions may also be accommodated by emailing support@hubhawaii.com. If requesting an account deletion via email, please send your request through the e-mail under which the account is registered.   By deleting your account, all data provided through your account will be permanently deleted from our servers.   This includes all personal information (email, username, phone number, name), comments, likes, job postings, classified listings, event calendar listings, business directory listings.   Once deletion is requested, all data is irretrievable.
