Lab Exodus, a mobile phlebotomy service owned and operated by Rachel Moke, located in ʻEleʻele is one of 3 firms affiliated with Ulta Lab Tests, headquartered in Scottsdale, Airz., and acted as a collecting depot, where specimens were illegally collected directly from a person without a request by an authorized person, a requirement under Hawaiʻi law.

State unemployment rate falls to 2.2% in November as jobs increase by 10,400 from previous year
There were 672,350 people employed in November while 15,350 were unemployed. Those numbers mean there was a total seasonally adjusted labor force of 688,000 statewide.

Money was awarded through the federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ Rural Health Transformation Program as part of a $50 billion national investment to strengthen rural healthcare in all 50 states.
