Impacts could include minor flooding on roads as well as in poor drainage areas and streams. River and stream flows also are elevated.
The public is advised to stay away from streams, drainage ditches and low-lying areas prone to flooding.
A flood watch is also in effect for Kaua‘i County until late Monday night.
