Utility work, excavation underway along parts of Kawaihau Road in Kapaʻa

Motorists are urged to make appropriate arrangements to accommodate crews with contractor Insituform Technologies who will be doing asphalt/concrete sewer work from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. weekdays through next week, weather permitting.
