Community-built comfort station project at Hā‘ena State Park gains state Land Board approval

First-of-its-kind project being undertaken by nonprofit Hā‘ena steward Hui Makaʻāinana o Makana, which not only led the design and planning process but is paying for the entire project with non-government funding.
