Kaua‘i County lane closures, meetings and more for week of Feb. 9-15

Lane closures are scheduled for portions of Līhuʻe, Kekaha and Waikoko; a community meeting is slated for an upcoming renocation project at the Waimea tennis courts; the monthly Salvation Army ARC donation event is upcoming; second installment of property taxes also due soon.
