‘Fresh Look at Floral Design’ debuts on Kauaʻi public access TV and streaming

The educational program showcases higlights from the Hawaiʻi Floriculture and Nursery Association Fresh Look Educational Expo from Sept. 19-21, 2024, at the Hilo Hawaiian Hotel in Hilo on the Big Island, with the theme “Fresh Look at Principles and Mechanics of Designing with Hawaiʻi’s Flowers.”
