Final workshop for Waimea 400 housing project scheduled this week
The Waimea 400 Master Plan lays out a conceptual design and preferred uses of 417 acres in Waimea acquired in 2019 by Kaua‘i County. Affordable housing is proposed to comprise roughly 60 acres just west of Waimea Sunset subdivision. The final community workshop is Wednesday.
