Man’s body discovered on shoreline at Kalihiwai Beach
The unidentified man is estimated to be about 5-foot-3, 175 pounds, in his late 30s to early 40s and thought to be Caucasian with brown eyes, brown shoulder-length hair and three distinctive tattoos.
