Property Manager

This role offers schedule flexibility: work 20 to 40 hours a week and/or serve customers by appointment, plus performance bonuses that reward you for growing the property's occupancy and revenue.

Are you a people person who takes pride in a clean, well-run property? SKS Management is looking for a reliable, customer-focused Property Manager to oversee one of our facilities in the Koloa/Poipu area. This role offers real schedule flexibility: work 20 to 40 hours a week, or serve customers by appointment, whatever fits your life.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers, answer questions, and help them find and rent the right space for their needs
• Keep the office, grounds, and buildings clean, organized, and welcoming
• Handle light maintenance inside the buildings and keep small landscaped areas tidy, including weed-whacking
• Process rent payments and other customer payments accurately
• Make courtesy and delinquency calls to keep accounts current
• Make bank deposits as needed
• Grow property revenue by following company guidelines for rent increases and revenue management
• Maintain accurate records in our property management software

What We're Looking For

• A genuine customer service mindset: friendly, patient, and professional
• Neat, organized, and detail-oriented
• Dependable and self-motivated, able to work independently
• Comfortable using property management software and handling payments- knows how to count change
• Confident making phone calls about past-due accounts
• Able to perform light physical work, including cleaning, minor repairs, and yard upkeep
• Reliable transportation for bank and post office runs
• Prior property management, retail, light maintenance, and customer service experience is a plus
• Lives within 15-20 minutes of the Koloa/Poipu area

Schedule

Flexible, 20 to 37.5 hours per week, or by appointment, depending on customers' needs during office hours. We'll work with you to find the right fit.

Pay

$28-30 per hour, and bonus opportunities. (Health benefits, including dental and vision, for full-time positions only.)
