As part of the National Movement (50501 & Indivisible) advocating for democracy, Indivisible Kaua'i is organizing this peaceful, nonviolent rally in alignment with the Dare to Resist Fascism theme on August 2, 2025.  Let's defend our democracy by resisting the divisive and harmful actions of our country's current administration, especially in light of recent crimes against humanity.  We invite you to join us in solidarity by bringing your creative signs & aloha spirit to support our democracy, which includes access to & protection of social security, healthcare (medicaid; medicare), public lands/national parks, public education, inclusivity across agencies/businesses, scientific research, bodily autonomy, fair elections, public libraries, support services for veterans/elderly/marginalized people, natural resources (clean air & water), free speech, legislative processes, our Constitution, & most importantly dignity, respect, & freedom for ALL!

TWO LOCATIONS:

9 - 10:30 AM, Hanapepe, Moi Rd. & Kaumualii Hwy.

AND

2:30 - 3:30 PM, Kukui Grove Center (former Macy's side of the highway), 3-2600 Kaumualii Highway

ALSO

4 - 5:30 pm, Indivisible Kaua'i Community Meeting w/special guest Fern Holland, County Council member at Lihue Public Library - Conference Room
