concluded federal service in 2025 as Assistant Director for Homeland
Security Investigations, leading global efforts to counter transnational
organized crime. He now consults and teaches Global Financial
Crimes as an Adjunct Professor at Florida International University.
Mitzi Lee | Central Pacific Bank
Vice President & Director of Financial Crimes Security
Mitzi oversees a team that prevents, detects, and manages fraud risk
for CPB and its customers. She also leads community education efforts
on fraud schemes, prevention, and victim response. Prior to CPB, she
practiced law for 30 years representing local and mainland lenders.

With a background in accounting, finance, and fraud detection, Roger
transitioned into information security after roles in internal audit and
