East Side Summer Carnival

The 2nd Annual East Side Summer Carnival is a family-friendly community celebration that brings together residents and visitors for two days of fun, culture, and entertainment. Held at Kapaʻa Beach Park on August 28–29, 2026, the carnival features exciting games, delicious local food, craft and business vendors, live entertainment, cultural performances, keiki activities, and special attractions like the Healthy Baby Contest. Hosted by the Mama Tiff Cares Foundation, the event aims to create a safe, welcoming environment while raising funds to support local youth organizations and community programs, strengthening connections across Kauaʻi through aloha and community spirit
