Whenever a grand jury is impaneled, an independent counsel is appointed to advise the jury’s members regarding matters it will consider.

The closure will take place on Aug. 31 to Sept. 1 , and Sept. 8 to Sept. 9, from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m., weather permitting.
