The telephone service at the County of Kauaʻi Department of Water will be temporarily unavailable between 8 a.m. and noon on Monday.
All other Department of Water services will continue as usual. Alternate phone numbers will be available during the temporary phone outage.
To report a water service outage or leak, call the operations office at 808-855-8209. For all other services, call the administrative office at 808-755-5824.
For online services, the public is encouraged to visit the Department of Water website, or email billing@kauaiwater.org, or publicrelations@kauaiwater.org.
Regular phone services will resume after the upgrades are complete.
