Popup COVID Vaccine Clinic Scheduled for Hanalei-Ha‘ēna Residents

Due to the ongoing roadwork and limited access, the Department of Health, Ho’ola Lahui and Malama Pono are teaming up to offer a popup COVID-19 vaccine clinic on Sunday, May 2 for residents in the Hanalei-Ha‘ēna area.
Those who live in the area and are interested in getting a vaccine are asked to complete this survey today. Upon completion of the survey, a representative from DOH will contact you with more details.
