Santana purchased his former home Feb. 2, 2020, for $8 million before selling it 2 years later for $11.9 million to current owner Skywalkerfarms LLC, which also purchased the larger estate on March 1, 2022, for $28.52 million.

The music legend purchased several homes on Kaua‘i in the past, but currently owns one estate in Princeville that he purchased in 2021 for $20.5 million in 2021.
