The state has issued a preliminary order to cease and desist, as well as a notice of the right to request a hearing, against Cranci ʻIlima Luci Hoʻopiʻi and Ligaya Joy Arcenas, formerly known as Ligaya Arcenas Buchacek, for violating state securities laws under BG Wealth Sharing Ltd.

According to the cease and desist order from the Hawaiʻi Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, Hoʻopiʻi and Arcenas (respondents) solicited and offered unregistered securities to Hawaiʻi residents in BG Wealth Sharing Ltd. by using a cryptocurrency platform.

The respondents have also held presentations throughout the state to solicit investments in BG Wealth Sharing Ltd., according to Ty Y. Nohara, the Commissioner of Securities.
