The Kaua‘i Police Department is searching for 48-year-old Richard Leibman of Princeville, who is wanted in connection with multiple criminal investigations.
Leibman is described as 5 feet 10 inches tall, approximately 170 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair. He is known to frequent the Princeville, ʻAnini, and Poʻipū areas.
Leibman is wanted on four warrants related to burglary, theft, and criminal trespass and has been linked to 11 incidents in 2025 and 2026. Authorities are urging anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to come forward.
