Princeville resort 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay recently partnered with Olympic Gold medalist Carissa Moore for a “Mothers Daughters One Day Retreat.”

There were 28 mother-daughter pairs who gathered at the North Shore resort for Moore’s empowerment retreat.

The event set against the breathtaking backdrop of Hanalei Bay focused on connection, confidence and cultivating a spirit of aloha across generations.

Participants strengthened their bonds through guided Hawaiian cultural workshops and heartfelt conversations while embracing wellness and personal growth.

The experience created lasting memories rooted in empowerment, community and the natural beauty of Kaua‘i.

Moore is surfing’s first Olympic Gold medalist and five-time world champion surfer.

She has dedicated herself since retiring in 2024 to supporting girls and women of Hawai‘i through her Moore Aloha Foundation.
