A water buffalo mobile water source — located at Anahola Village Park — will be provided for essential water needs during the shutdown. Customers will need to provide their own water storage containers.

Residents located in the designated service area are advised to prepare for the shutdown by taking the following steps:

  • Store water to meet your needs until service can be safely restored.
  • Notify neighbors, family and friends about the shutdown.
  • Make sure that faulty water heaters do not empty during the shutdown.
  • Monitor water service announcements online.
