UH law school brings recruitment events to neighbor islands

Prospective law students in Kauaʻi will have the opportunity to learn more about pursuing a legal education in an informational session next week.

The University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa’s William S. Richardson School of Law is taking its admissions outreach to Kauaʻi, Hawaiʻi Island, and Maui this month. The events will provide detailed insights into the admissions process, financial aid opportunities, and the unique programs offered at the University of Hawaiʻi’s law school.

Potential students can meet the law school’s admissions team, ask questions, and gain insight into the University of Hawaiʻi’s full-time, in-person Juris Doctor program and the part-time, online Juris Doctor program.

The recruitment events will be held at the following locations:

Representatives from the law school will provide an overview of program details, admission requirements, application processes, timelines, and scholarships. They will also be available to answer questions.

Attendees will learn about unique programs such as Native Hawaiian Law, Pacific-Asian Legal Studies, and the law school’s leadership in environmental law.
