Kūpuna crafters from three senior clubs around the Garden Island together in collaboration with a Kaua‘i senior bonsai club invite the community to come out this weekend and discover what they’ve been creating and cultivating — all of which will be available for sale.

Remember: Kaua‘i County Parks and Recreation is hosting the Senior Center Craft Fair from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 11 at Līhu‘e Neighborhood Center, located at 3353 ʻEono St., in Līhu‘e.
It will feature crafters with the Līhu‘e, Waimea and Kekaha Neighborhood Center Senior Clubs and Līhu‘e Senior Bonsai Club. Organizers say the fair provides a chance for the community to support area artisans while picking up unique, handmade products.

The craft fair is perfect for finding that hard-to-buy someone a gift for the holidays or just getting yourself a trinket or two.
Līhu‘e Bonsai Club will display plants for sale, while the Country Store will lure you in with all the smells of baked goods, pickleball cucumbers, fresh fruits and vegetables, household goods, chili and rice and more.
