New access hours begin Oct. 9 for bill drop box at Kaua‘i County Department of Water

Construction is complete of a new motorized entry gate at the main entrance of the parking lot at the Kaua‘i County Department of Water administrative building, located at 4398 Pua Loke Street, in Līhuʻe.

Hours during which customers can access the bill payment drop box located in the Water Department parking lot will change Oct. 9 now that construction is finished.

The drop box will be accessible 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, except holidays.  

Payments also can still be made through the department’s online customer portal, by mail or by walking into the Līhuʻe offices.

Walk-in hours remain 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, except holidays.

Payments also can be made at Līhu‘e Walmart Customer Service during the desk’s regular business hours.

Identification is required and only the account holder can use the service.

Walmart charges a $1.99 fee per transaction.
