DMV offices reopen, online test booking system is live
The Division of Motor Vehicles’ online road test booking system is now live, and all offices have reopened today.
The Līhuʻe Division of Motor Vehicles serves both appointment holders and walk-ins, as time permits. Appointments are encouraged to avoid long wait times. All road test applicants must book their tests online.
The Līhuʻe office handles all motor vehicle transactions, driver’s licenses, and other acceptable transactions from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, with Kūpuna hour from 8 to 8:45 a.m.
The Kapaʻa satellite office is open only to customers with appointments from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, except on state and federal holidays.
Acceptable transactions include motor vehicle transactions, utility payments, bus passes, and tipping coupons. Driver’s license transactions are not available at the Kapaʻa office.
