Tidepools at Grand Hyatt Kaua‘i Resort & Spa in Poʻipū was named one of the Top Hotel Restaurants in America for 2025 by OpenTable and KAYAK.

The Top 100 Hotel Restaurants in America for 2025 list is generated from more than 10 million reviews from verified OpenTable diners and evaluated by a compilation of unique data points, including diner ratings and percentage of five-star reviews.
Qualified restaurants were then sorted by the ability to book the hotel wherein the restaurant is located via KAYAK.
