Two lane closures extended into next week

Due to schedule delays and the extension of the work area, lane closures have been extended on Māluhia Road and Poʻipū Road through Friday, July 25.

Lane closures on Māluhia Road, from Kaumualiʻi Highway to Ala Kinoiki junction, and Poʻipū Road, from the Kōloa Road junction to the Poʻipū Roundabout, will be in effect on weekdays, from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., weather permitting.

The traffic modifications are necessary for vegetation maintenance and road repair work. Electronic message boards will be posted to inform motorists, and flaggers will be on-site to direct traffic. Plan accordingly, allow extra travel time, and avoid parking in the work zones.
