A high surf advisory is in place starting at 6 a.m. Saturday for all south-facing shores for the Hawaiian Islands.

According to the National Weather Service, a moderate south to southwest swell (200 degrees) will bring advisory-level surf to the shores of Niʻihau and Kauaʻi until 6 p.m. on Sunday.

Surf heights are expected to be 7 to 10 feet.

Impacts are expected to be moderate with strong-breaking waves and currents that will make swimming dangerous.
