A new restaurant has opened at the Shops at Kukui‘ula in Po‘ipū.

Scotty Browns, part of the Vancouver-based Browns Restaurant Group, began serving food to customers on May 6. The eatery is known for blending elevated casual dining with a warm, social atmosphere, according to a press release from the shop’s property management company, Alexander & Baldwin, Inc.

“We’re proud to welcome Scotty Browns to The Shops at Kukui‘ula for their debut in Hawai‘i,” said Michael Hubbard, senior property manager at Alexander & Baldwin. “As a thoughtfully designed destination rooted in the spirit of Kaua‘i, we’re thrilled to add a concept that shares our focus on creating memorable, high-quality experiences for the community and our guests.”

Scotty Browns operates more than 80 restaurant locations across Canada and the U.S. Kaua‘i’s location features a 3,400-square-foot open-air setting, featuring a globally inspired menu that blends comfort food favorites with contemporary flair, focusing on fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
