Lane closures scheduled for portions of Ho‘one Road in Po‘ipū

A lane closure is scheduled in Po‘ipū starting today till May 12.

Portions of Ho‘one Road, from the Ho‘ohu and Pe‘e intersection to Marriott’s Waiohai Beach Club, will be closed for road resurfacing work. Work will take place on the weekdays from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., weather permitting.

Area residents will be allowed partial access through the closure.

Electronic message boards will be posted. Motorists are advised to make arrangements to accommodate the necessary road closures and allow extra time to get to their destinations.

During this time, no parking will be allowed in the work zones. Flaggers will be positioned at the work zone to direct traffic.
