Road closures continue in Nāwiliwili as paving work progresses at pier

Kaua‘i motorists are notified about the remaining road and lane closures in Nāwiliwili and their dates as paving work at the harbor’s pier continues.

The Hawai‘i Department of Transportation’s schedule is:

Wilcox/Kānoa Roads — single-lane closure; traffic to be contraflowed

  • 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.: Nov. 19 and 20.

East West Road — full closure

  • 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.: Nov. 14, 15, 18 and 21.
