The state Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation reports it is tentatively scheduled to reopen at 7:45 a.m. Nov. 8.
All services will be relocated to the Port Allen Small Boat Harbor, located at 4337 Waialo Road in ‘Ele‘ele, during the renovation period.
This includes Nāwiliwili mooring and commercial permittees, as well as vessel registration and titling services.

Boat owners also have the option to renew vessel registrations online, with a convenience fee.
