Road closure scheduled in Līhu‘e for private waterline installation

A portion of Eha Street, between Kūhiō Highway and Elima Street, in Līhu‘e will be closed for necessary private waterline installation work.

Eha Street will be closed to both eastbound and westbound traffic from Aug. 15 to Oct. 15, weekdays, from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., weather permitting.

Motorists are advised to make appropriate arrangements to accommodate the necessary road closures as well as use alternate routes, and allow extra time to get to destinations.

Exercise caution and drive slowly when commuting in the vicinity of the work area. The project is being handled by Kaua‘i County Department of Public Works and its contractor Pipe Works.
