Department of Water Supply to close for staff training

The Department of Water office will open at 9 a.m. on Aug. 13 to accommodate a department staff training. Normal business hours will resume on Aug. 14.

Normal lobby and walk-in service hours at the office are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with business by phone available from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Customers may access their account information 24 hours a day via the Department of Water Supply’s Customer Account Portal at https://www.kauaiwater.kouwai.org/login.
