Swell Summary
A large west to west-northwest (280-310 deg) swell building down the island chain this morning will peak today, then slowly lower tonight through Monday. A similar swell is expected Tuesday into midweek. A small north swell is expected tonight into Monday. Surf will exceed warning levels for exposed north and west facing shores today, and potentially again Tuesday as these west-northwest swells peak. A slow downward trend is expected through the second half of the week. Expect surf along exposed south facing shores to trend up due to a combination of the westerly swells wrapping in and the increasing south to southwest winds.
