Lane closure scheduled for portion of Pu‘u Road in Kalāheo

A portion of Pu‘u Road between Papalina Road and Hokua Road in Kalāheo will have alternating lane closures between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. weekdays from Sept. 5-19, so crews can perform necessary waterline installation work, weather permitting.

Motorists can expect brief and occasional delays and are asked to make appropriate arrangements to accommodate the necessary road closures, use alternate routes if possible and allow for extra time to get to destinations.

Exercise caution and drive slowly when commuting through the work area.
