KPD asks for public’s help identifying man in surveillance photo committing felony theft

The Kaua‘i Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying a man captured on surveillance footage stealing from a Puhi business on June 5.

According to police, the man was captured on camera walking into the Aloha Isle Moving warehouse on Leleiona Street and exiting while carrying a mattress. KPD believes he is familiar with the Puhi Business District area.

It is unknown if any other subjects are involved with the break-in at this time.

KPD detectives are actively investigating this case. Anyone with information on the identity of the suspect or with information on the incident is encouraged to contact Dispatch at (808) 241-1711.
