Kalena Park in Līhuʻe hosts Fitness Week, March 11 to 18

To promote a healthy and active lifestyle, the Kauaʻi County Department of Parks and Recreation is teaming up with Get Fit Kaua‘i and other organizations to bring “Fitness Week in the Park” to Kalena Park in Līhu‘e.

The free activities run daily from March 11 to March 18. They include: bicycle riding, pickleball clinics, yoga, TRX, walking tours and keiki events. There also will be prize drawings.
