Job Fair Scheduled Last Week of May

Businesses representing a variety of industries will be on hand offering an assortment of job opportunities during a job fair scheduled later this month.

The job fair will be conducted from 3-6 p.m. May 27 at the Kaua‘i Philippine Cultural Center in Puhi. It is a collaborative effort between the county, Kaua‘i Economic Development Board, Kaua‘i Filipino Chamber of Commerce, American Job Center-Kaua‘i, Pacific Missile Range Facility and the state Workforce Development Division.

“Job seekers will be given an opportunity to make a great first impression, learn about potential employers’ qualifications and meet staff who can answer their employment questions,” said a press release from the county Office of Economic Development.
