Lane Closure For Part of Hanalei Plantation Road May 4

The Department of Public Works announced its contractor, Maui Kupono Builders, will begin repaving work along a portion of Hanalei Plantation Road, in the vicinity of the Hanalei Fire Station, in Princeville, on Wednesday, May 4.

One lane of Hanalei Plantation Road will be closed from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with alternating traffic allowed.

Motorists are advised to make the appropriate arrangements to accommodate the necessary lane closure and allow extra time to get to their destination. During this time, no parking will be allowed in the work zones. Flaggers will be positioned at the ends of the closures to direct traffic.
