The Department of Public Works Roads Division announced that portions of Maile Road, Ape Place, and Ula Place in Waimea will be closed for one-lane closures on April 25 and April 26, from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
These closures are necessary to clean catch basins at drainpipes within the Waimea Valley Estates Subdivision.
Motorists are encouraged to allow for extra travel time when driving near the work area and follow all construction traffic controls. The Roads Division will assist with directing motorists through the work zones.
Dates and times are subject to change depending on weather and other factors.
