Lane Closures Scheduled For Portions of Kalāheo

Road resurfacing work beginning next week will require lane closures on roadways in Kalāheo.

The county Department of Public Works and its contractor, Maui Kupono Builders, announced in a news release that portions of Ai, Ihu and Lolo roads will be closed from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. March 30-April 4 to accommodate for the road work, weather permitting.

Motorists are asked to make appropriate arrangements to accommodate the closures, use alternate routes and allow extra time to get to their destinations. During this time, no parking will be allowed in the work zones. Flaggers will be positioned at the ends of the closures to direct traffic.
