The Department of Water (DOW) announces a water service shutdown for valve replacement work on Hassard Road and Annie Road in Kapaʻa on Tuesday, Feb. 15 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., weather permitting.
Customers located on Hassard Road and Annie Road are advised to prepare for the service shutdown by taking the following steps:
Store water to meet your needs until water service can be restored.
Notify neighbors, family and friends of the shutdown.
Those with faulty water heaters should ensure that their water heater does not empty during the shutdown.
