Liquor Control Commission to Hold Virtual Public Hearing
The Liquor Control Commission will hold a virtual public hearing on proposed amendments to the Rules and Regulations of the Kaua‘i Liquor Control Commission next week.
The proposed amendments involve generally the subjects of penalties, violations, digital signatures, electronic filing, trade names, use of assessed penalties, manager cards and required reports.
The hearing is scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 9, at 4 p.m. Those interested in providing testimony may do so via the Microsoft Teams audio conferencing platform by calling 469-848-0234 and entering Conference ID #672 376 10#.

The full rules and a full copy of the Public Hearing notice are available at the Department of Liquor Control in the Līhu‘e Civic Center, Moikeha Building, 4444 Rice Street, Suite 120, Līhu‘e, during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., except holidays.
The full copy of the rules and proposed amendments are also available on the Department of Liquor Control website, www.kauai.gov/Liquor. Copies of the proposed amendments may also be mailed to any interested person who calls the Department of Liquor Control at 808-241-4699.
