Emergency Sewer Line Work to Close Kapa’a Streets

Huluili Street in Kapa’a, between Kukui Street to Lehua Street, will be closed on Oct. 24, to allow the Wastewater Management Division to perform emergency work on the sewer line in the area.
The closure will be in place from 8:30 to 4:30 p.m. There will be limited access to sections of Huluili Street. Motorists should avoid the area if possible, drive with caution, and expect delays.
