Hale Hōkūala Kauaʻi, the first Curio Collection by Hilton in Hawaiʻi, has officially opened near Līhuʻe Airport.
On Thursday, Oct. 1, property leadership, hotel ownership, team members, and project partners celebrated the opening with a traditional Hawaiian blessing ceremony led by Kumu Puahi Chun and Kāhealani Hāmākua.
Located within the Hōkūala Resort community, the 210-room resort, including 23 suites, offers private lānai accommodations, walkable access to Kalapakī Beach, an outdoor pool and pool bar, a fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, and more than 14,000 square feet of event space.

Hale Hōkūala overlooks Nāwiliwili Bay and introduces travelers to the island through contemporary design, destination-driven dining, cultural programming, and outdoor recreation.
Guests can enjoy Kauaʻi’s only Portuguese-Hawaiian dining concept at Figueira, outdoor recreation including preferred tee times at the Ocean Course at Hōkūala, and convenient access to some of the island’s most sought-after destinations.
The resort also offers a signature cultural immersion program, E Ala Ka Pilina (The Awakening of Connection), connecting guests with local practitioners, educators, historians, artisans, nonprofits, and community organizations through meaningful cultural experiences.
Hale Hōkūala Kauaʻi participates in Hilton Honors, the award-winning guest loyalty program for Hilton’s world-class brands. To celebrate the debut, the resort invites guests to book the Kaua’i Island Escape package, which includes 25% off the hotel’s best available rate on stays of three nights or longer.
